Service Description

A notary public can perform notarization remotely via a Zoom meeting or other web conferencing platform. This process is known as Remote Online Notarization (RON). The notary will conduct the notarization process through the Zoom meeting, where the signer and notary will be able to see, hear and speak to one another. The notary will ensure that all necessary identification and document requirements are met and then proceed with the notarization. The notary will then affix an electronic seal to the document, record it and provide the notarized document to the signer. It's important to check with the Notary of Lewis Center for the fee schedule, and also to ensure that you have a stable internet connection and the required documents for the notarization process before the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

A service fee of $5.00 will be charged for no show or canceled the appointment less than one hour of the appointment time
