Service Description
Remote Online Notarization is conducted through an online notarization platform that meets Ohio requirements, such as SIGNiX or Proof. A standalone Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or ordinary video call is not used to perform the notarial act. The platform provides live audio-video communication, identity proofing, credential analysis, electronic signing and the required electronic record. Price includes up to $30 for one Ohio online notarial act and up to a $10 technology fee per online session. Additional online notarial acts, when required, are charged according to Ohio law and disclosed before the session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Notary of Lewis Center We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. However, to respect everyone’s time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: - Technology fee of $10 will be applied for Remote Online Notary. -If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 1 hour's notice. -No-shows or cancellations made with less than 1 hour's notice will incur a $10.00 fee. -We will send an invoice for the no-show fee to the email address provided at the time of booking.
