Notary of Lewis Center provides notarization for customer-provided affidavits, sworn statements, declarations, agreements and other court-related documents when notarization is permitted. During the appointment, we verify the signer’s identity, administer an oath or take an acknowledgment when appropriate, witness the signature and complete the notarial certificate. Notary of Lewis Center is not a law firm. We do not prepare court documents, select legal forms, provide legal advice, determine whether a document is enforceable or guarantee acceptance by a court or government agency. Please obtain the document and filing instructions from your attorney, court or appropriate agency before the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Notary of Lewis Center We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. However, to respect everyone’s time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: - Technology fee of $10 will be applied for Remote Online Notary. -If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 1 hour's notice. -No-shows or cancellations made with less than 1 hour's notice will incur a $10.00 fee. -We will send an invoice for the no-show fee to the email address provided at the time of booking.
